The Sioux County Courthouse will return to normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Read the full press release here. To gain access to the courthouse, please use the west ground floor entrance.

Click this link to download and complete an absentee ballot request form for the November 3, 2020 General Election. Please follow the directions carefully to complete the request form. Mail the original absentee ballot request form to the Sioux County Auditor, PO Box 18, Orange City, IA 51041, or return the form in person to the County Auditor’s office. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is Saturday, October 24. In person absentee voting is available October 5 through November 2 during normal business hours, as well as Saturday, October 24 from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday, October 31, from 9 am to 5 pm.
The Treasurer’s Office will be returning to our normal hours of 8:00 to 4:30, starting on September 21st. Please note we will not be processing any transactions after 4:15. Starting in October, the Driver’s License team will come back to the Orange City office just on Mondays. They will continue to be at the mall in Sioux Center on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
