07-21-2020 Absentee Ballot Request Form

Click this link to download and complete an absentee ballot request form for the November 3, 2020 General Election. Please follow the directions carefully to complete the request form. Mail the original absentee ballot request form to the Sioux County Auditor, PO Box 18, Orange City, IA 51041. The first day ABSENTEE BALLOTS can be mailed out is Monday, October 5, 2020.
